Obstacles, self-improvement and daring… Fed up with the sexist stereotypes attributed to girls’ games, we introduce ‘Girls Play’.
The elite athletes María Pérez, Jennifer Miranda and Marina Alabau clearly prove that sport is also for women.
Known in the ring as Jennifer ‘the Storm’ Miranda. Spanish champion eleven consecutive times and international medallist. Renowned as one of the top eight female boxers in the whole world.
Became European champion in the 20km race walk at the age of 22. Her next goal: the Olympic gold medal.
It doesn’t get any better than this. Olympic, World and European champion in windsurfing. Currently she is taking her chances with the Foil, winning the Formula Windsurfing Foil World Championship in Portugal 2018.
